Water Damage in Boston, MA

In this North End home, the washer machine decided to leak right through the ceiling, causing major damage for the client.

In order to address this, we insisted on the client getting a mold testing done in a lab first - this helps us know the extent of work needed to properly repair the home and eliminate any health issues it can cause. Luckily, no mold was found, so we used our HVAC equipment to dry out the area, and completely gutted the ceiling and replaced the drywall.
